On June 14, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 545 Chaney Street, Lake Elsinore, the Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed 2017/2018 unrestricted and restricted Budget including 2016/2017 unrestricted and restricted estimated actuals.

On June 14, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 545 Chaney Street, Lake Elsinore, the Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on the Local Control Accountability Plan for July 1, 2017-June 30, 2019 (LCAP).

Selected students in grades k, 1st, and 2nd were invited to participate in a literacy summer camp here at Machado this summer from June 12 - July 20th. If your student was selected, please return the RSVP portion of the invitation by Thursday, May 4th. The camp will be from 8-11:30 a.m.

After spring break, we will be incorporating a new student leadership program for 4th and 5th grade students called Student Safety Valet. This program will offer students the opportunity to be in a positive leadership role as well as make our morning drop-off run more efficiently. More information will be coming soon.

Classes will visit the book fair during their library times the week of March 13-17! This is a "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" event. The book fair will also be open on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 15 from 5-7pm. PTA will sponsor a free ice-cream social at this event! Come join us for the fun!

Returning and new student enrollment for the 2016-17 school year has begun, but you must have an activated parent portal account in IC to enable registration online.
